In continuing with my theme of making you aware of things that NAR does that you may not know about, today I’d like to focus on InfoCentral.

Did you know that NAR has a group of research staff and librarians at your disposal? Consider how much data an organization such as NAR has with more than a million members, over 100 years of history, and a team of economists on staff!

What that really means is a couple of things:

  1. You have access to some amazing data/reports/toolkits that you probably have NO IDEA about.
  2. Finding that data is probably not the easiest thing to do in the world.

I’ve had the opportunity to personally meet many of the InfoCentral staff, and they are some bright and caring people.

So the next time you find yourself attempting to write a blog post and need some numbers/stats, or if you’re looking for a guide on 1031 exchanges, short sales, forget your NRDS number, social networking, the different types of modular housing, how many members NAR had in 1982, or other strange information that you need to better market yourself or be a more informed REALTOR, InfoCentral has all of this available for you.

And guess what they are super easy to get a hold of!

Call them:

You can text them too (no joke!).
